What will your job look like?
- Define System Architecture:
- Design and define : system architectures and flows for critical functions, including boot processes, power-on sequences, system health monitoring, and diagnostics, ensuring robust and reliable platform performance.
- Engage with customers : analyze and understand customer requirements and maximize alignment with existing solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers: Ensure requirements are in sync with system architecture and that both software and hardware developments meet system-level objectives.
- Work closely with Project Managers: Define, map dependencies, and prioritize the scope of customer releases.
- Innovate with Sensing, Driving and Fusion teams : to optimize overall system performance.
All you need is:
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, you have around 5 years of experience in System Architecture and In-depth knowledge of platform systems, including software and HW components.
- Systems Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with systems engineering processes and methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills : Able to lead in a multidisciplinary matrix environment.
- Familiarity with System methodologies : including customer requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and traceability.
- Background in : Automotive, Computer Vision, Lidars, Radars – An Advantage.

Software Architect
You will be part of a winning team in a fast-paced startup-like environment, working on many different components of the entire system. You will have an opportunity to make an impact on the design and implementation of an innovative technology in its early stages.
What will your job look like:
- Clearly define the requirements. Research the hardware, firmware, and software existing support and define the solution to match the requirements.
- Resolve issues raised during implementation stages or feedback from customers.
- Develop & communicate high-level designs and technical specifications
- Define responsibilities of system components and interfaces
- Identify risks and propose solutions in system designs
- Define aspects of development; appropriate technology, workflow and standards
- Evaluate existing system designs and propose improvements
- Collaborate with other architects
- Foster innovation through research, recommending the use of new technologies, processes or standards
- Prepare, lead and participate in design reviews
- Take part in all phases of the software development cycle
All you need is:
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Architect \Senior Developer \Software Team Lead - Must
- Experience developing software for complex wireless communication embedded products (e.g., networking equipment, wireless chipsets) - Must
- At least 5 years of software development experience in C
- Team player with a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset
- Deep understanding of technology and passion for what you do
