- Experience with automotive standard and process as a major advantage

- Developing and configuring Autosar modules, below the RTE
- Creating and implementing software components on top of the RTE
- Create design documents, SW requirements and test cases
- Participate in Design and code reviews
- Perform AUTOSAR embedded software integration
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues
- Participation in internal, customer, supplier, and OEM meetings
All you need is:
- Advanced Experience with NXP processors and QNX OS
- Advance experience with Autosar diagnostic (UDS, DOIP, DEM, DET)
- Advanced experience with AUTOSAR BSW and RTE, architecture, specifications, and configuration tools (eg. TresOs, DaVinci)
- Strong fundamentals programming in C, embedded system concepts, and software build process
- Experience with software engineering process models (ASPICE3, ISO26262, Agile, MISRA C)
- Experience with Vector products (CANoe, CANape, vFlash, VT)
- Experience with debugging methods and tools (e.g., Trace32, CANoe)
- Strong customer orientation, willingness to meet deadlines, and self-management skills
- Deep passion for solving problems to resolution, including root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic and global team environment
- Adaptive Autosar knowledge - An advantage
- Knowledge of scripting tools like Python, CAPL - An advantage
- Experience with software engineering tools (JIRA, GIT) - An advantage
- Experience with UDS protocol / Bootloader / OEM Specific - An advantage

All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bc) in a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of practical hands-on engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of security design principles &best practices
- Hands-on experience in embedded system and application development, preferably in the automotive industry systems
- Understanding of automotive security concepts such as software updates, key provisioning, intrusion detection, secure boot, and HSMs
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols, including CAN, SecOC, MACsec, IPsec, and TLS
- Strong fundamentals programming in C, embedded system concepts, and software build processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with scripting languages/tools like Python, Bash, commandline tools and Regex

- Process Compliance: Ensure all system developments adhere to A-SPICE guidelines and other relevant automotive standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and system integration engineers, to align on technical requirements and resolve integration challenges.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute test strategies to validate system functionality and performance, and lead troubleshooting efforts for system-level issues.
- Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test procedures.
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MCU system development within an embedded software environment.
- Strong familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture, including integration and development methodologies.
