About the role:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Lead the strategic vision and conversation aligning our use cases across the enterprise and gain pressure testing and input from our deep technical experts.

• Commercially available technology:

About you:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Experience with generative AI and chatbot technologies is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of generative AI technologies and their application in an enterprise setting.

• Relevant certifications in IT management and AI technologies are a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and measure success.

  • Drive the development and execution of the product security strategy in close partnership with the OCISO organization, ensuring alignment with broader corporate security objectives and adherence to industry security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, SOC2).

• Security Architecture and Design:

About you:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product security, software development, or related technical fields.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing and growing security teams.

• Proven track record of developing and executing product security strategies for a variety of products in a complex technology environment.

• Strong understanding of software development practices and experience working with modern development frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

• Experience working with the Information Security Organization (OCISO) and collaborating with GRC, Architecture, SOC, and Data Privacy teams.

• Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities, threats, and mitigation strategies (e.g., OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices).

• Expertise in threat modelling, risk assessment, and incident response, with a proactive approach to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Experience with secure coding practices and conducting security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies.

• Extensive experience in securing cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM, data encryption, infrastructure security, and implementing cloud-native security controls to ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework, GCP Security Best Practices).

• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA, penetration testing, vulnerability management).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, with Linux systems, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong knowledge of encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

• Preferred: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or equivalent security certifications.

• Preferred: AWS Certified Security Specialty, or equivalent cloud security certification, is a plus.

Director of Fraud and Risk ManagementWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Fraud and Risk specializing in fraud, abuse, and corporate brand identity theft to join our dynamic Payments team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud risks associated with our commercial agreements and fraudsters illegally using our brand to perpetrate crimes against the public. You will analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our processes and to secure our brand reputation. You will work closely with accounting, legal, and commercial teams to identify and mitigate fraud.This is a hybrid position based in either San Jose, California OR Frisco, Texas. You must be within a commutable distance to one of these two locations. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

• Monitor transactions, accounts, and financial activities to identify potential fraudulent patterns or anomalies.
• Utilize investigative techniques such as data analysis and forensic accounting to uncover sources of fraudulent activities.
• Conduct detailed fraud investigations in cooperation with operational teams, compiling evidence for potential legal action.

• Ensure appropriate Key Risk Indicators are developed and maintained; identify and clearly articulate gaps to executives, and track recommendations to completion.
• Collaborate with Payments team and Business teams to incorporate emerging threats into our acquisition and account management strategies, reviewing partner and marketing agreements to identify vulnerabilities.
• Investigative Oversight - develop and review suspicious activity reports (SARs) and other fraud alerts, collaborating with relevant teams to investigate potential fraud cases and ensure proper reporting to regulatory bodies.
• Track and monitor fraud issue remediations and report status updates to management as appropriate.
