Become a subject matter expert on our customer demand data environment:
Understand the complexities and context around customer spare parts demand, situational factors such as customer contract entitlements, demand priority, product type, etc.
Understand the associations of various parts and the respective products they belong to, which facilitates a mapping of where every unit in operation
Identify problematic data records and anomalies that need to be resolved with data systems teams
Build customer demand rate models to identify any variability across the fleet
Identify any statically meaningful demand rate variation across customers, product types, customer entitlements, etc (and any combination thereof)
Build bottoms up part forecasts across the fleet as a function of these customer demand rate models
Work with demand frequency and volatility segmentation techniques to establish risk profiles for parts with unpredictable pattern
Collaborate with other data scientists to input all the above data elements into various machine learning models designed to predict and optimize our customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industry experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with +5 years’ work experience, OR Master’s degree with +3 years’ work experience
Educational background in Data Science, Data Analytics, IT or related field
Strong data wrangling skills to extract and craft complex data into a usable format
Strong skills with SQL, Python and/or R
Experience with statistical / regression / ML modeling
Ability to quickly learn new/differentlanguages/technologies/etc
Communicate technical information to management and non-technical business partners
Ability to collaborate closely with team members and cross functional domain experts to share knowledge and interconnect solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), risk assessments, recovery strategies and develop and design trainings and exercises.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and manage operational risks, mitigation measures, and gaps in resilience strategies.

A strong analytical background with experience in enterprise-wide resilience capabilities to include crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, cyber incident response, and/or IT disaster recovery programs.Strong understanding of business continuity lifecycle, risk assessments, and recovery strategies.
Excellent organization and administrative skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to drive resilience strategies across diverse stakeholders, business units and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and operational execution of the Business Continuity program, ensuring alignment with KLA's Global Resilience policy and driving program maturity.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

The ideal candidate will have program management experience in relation to the global operational resilience framework, including experience leading enterprise-wide resilience initiatives and developing, implementing, and managing business continuity programs and plans.

Privacy Program Support: Providing compliance program support to the worldwide lead for KLA’s privacy program, as well as regional attorneys and local privacy champions. The specific support activities will include:
Maintain OneTrust privacy solutions to support KLA’s privacy compliance strategy, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other relevant privacy regulations. Specifically, configure, lead and update OneTrust modules Data Mapping Automation and PIA & DPIA Automation as needed to adapt OneTrust configurations to changes in privacy laws and regulations;
Provide training and support to internal business owners on the use of OneTrust modules to ensure that data flow diagrams and records of data processing are accurate, complete and up-to-date;
Keep privacy policies and privacy notices up to date as regulations or business practices evolve;
handling data subject access requests, including coordinating with HR, regional HR business partners, and legal as needed, to address each request within required timeframes;
Partner with KLA’s webmaster on the use of the OneTrust Cookie Compliance module to ensure our external website meets privacy requirements.
Training and Communications support: Provide assistance to the Ethics & Legal Compliance Training & Compliance leader including:
Assisting with communications campaigns to raise awareness about compliance policies and systems;
Drafting customized training courses on various compliance topics;
Work with training content providers to adapt products for KLA’s needs, including translations as needed.
Code of Conduct updates and other ethical culture projects: Support efforts to further KLA’s ethical culture by:
Coordinating the annual update of the Standards of Business Conduct, KLA’s code of conduct;
Helping with internal and external reviews, including compliance efficiency program reviews, and audits at the direction of counsel;
Answering routine queries from the business on compliance matters;
Drive the Annual Compliance Disclosure questionnaires

Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Proficiency in generating ROPA reports and data flow maps using OneTrust.
