Description:
- This position involves managing the CIRCLAP/Kronos/Puma seriesequipment and providing support to Samsung Electronics, our client.
- Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
- Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
- Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
- Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
- Provide application support and training to customers.
- This position could be support Hwaseong and Cheonan customer sites.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS degrees in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Electronics. (MS preferred)
- MS (NCG~) or BS (+5Y~)
- Previous experience in IC processing/ Semiconductor equipment is highly desirable.
- Advanced packaging related backgrounds are plus.
- Good communication skill in English.
