The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

【業務内容】

・お客様先での、当社の半導体検査/計測装置の保守、点検、トラブルシューティング

・お客様へのパーツ交換のご提案、見積もり準備、パーツ手配

・製造部門(海外)へのトラブル内容の報告

・勤務地により、出張頻度が異なります

・入社して間もなく、製造元の国にて行われる装置トレーニングに参加いただきます(数週間~1ヶ月程度)

【応募要件】

・高等専門学校、もしくは理系の短大・大学卒業以上

・機械の保守・メンテナンスなどの業務経験、もしくは当該業務への強い意欲

・日本語ネイティブレベル、もしくはJLPT:N1相当レベル

・英語スキルの上達に取り組む意思

(入社時点では、ある程度の読み書きができれば問題ありません)

-Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of semiconductor inspection
equipment at customer sites
- Assists other field service engineers as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

-Technical college degree in engineering, electronics, physics or material science or 3+ years semiconductor equipment service support
experience
- Willing to travel : ~ 80%
-Language skill in English: ability to read and understand procedures/technical documents, able to understand training carried out in English
