• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure applications on the Azure platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and cost management.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services such as:
  • Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage
  • Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights
• Strong proficiency inbackend development using languages such asPython, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs , microservices architectureandcloud platforms(e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)..
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM templates , Bicep , or Terraform .
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI , Azure Logic Apps , or Power Platform .
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Boards.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Responsibilities for Data Scientist/ML Engineer:

• Building end-to-end ML systems (Including traditional ML models and Conversational AI) and deploying them to operate at scale.
• Research and devise innovative statistical models/ML models for data analysis
• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications. Implement changes to algorithms to improve AI performance and retrieval techniques.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer service experience and supply chain optimization.
• Identify patterns in data using statistical modeling, develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Work with business partners throughout the organization to find opportunities for using company data to drive solutions.
• Working with project managers to establish objectives for AI systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline
• Experience solving problems with Conversational AI in a production environment for a High-tech Manufacturing Industry
• 2+ years of experience in Python and ML packages (NumPy, Keras, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as, Regression models, kNN, SVM,NB, Decision Trees.
• Expertise/Familiaritywith one or more deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Your Day-to-day Roles

• Analyse existing software solutions for training and deployment and identify limitations.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that addresses the above limitations and enable deployment in a heterogenous cluster.

• Collaborate with a global team in developing such solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering with 2-5 years experience or Masters degree holders in engineering with 1-3 year experience in the field of data science; candidates with less experience may be considered if they have a remarkable track record in data science and infrastructure development.

• Strong programmer skills with background in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, C++, C

• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.

• Good understanding of operating systems, distributed systems, and high-performance applications.

• Working knowledge of Machine Learning/ AI.
