The day-to-day:

  • Assisting in preparing the annual company budget and financial statements (P&L, CF, and BS)
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly forecasts of the company financial statements
  • Collaborating with company-wide managers as a business partner
  • Analyzing actual results vs. forecast and budget, in matrix view and by budget owners
  • Assisting in preparing multi-year strategic plans
  • Developing financial models to support forecasts and various ad-hoc projects
  • Improving and automating existing and new work processes

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in an FP&A department, preferably in a Hi-Tech company
  • High proficiency in Excel (advanced functions)
  • An assertive individual with strong analytical abilities
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, integrity, dedication, organizational skills, and the ability to meet firm deadlines

These would also be nice:

  • Methodological, precise, with the ability to drill down to details as well as see the large picture
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix work environment within finance and other departments
  • Working knowledge of Accounting standards (accruals, capitalization of expenses etc.)

The day-to-day

  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, tracking, monitoring, and financial analysis related to cloud services and infrastructure, following our tech and business needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, R&D, Finance, Business) to analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, with an AWS focus.
  • Develop and report on cloud cost performance metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Work with Engineering, product management, and finance divisions to ensure we meet our goals.
  • Collaborate with technical and financial teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years in analytical roles, preferred in a tech-savvy environment
  • Analytical skills – research, analyze, visualize data and a technical approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work closely with technical teams and executives.
  • Capability of learning skills with a get-things-done and a positive approach
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal – Must

These would also be nice:

  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure – Significant Advantage
  • Excel and SQL proficiency and other BI tools (QuickSight – advantage)

  • Thoroughly understand and execute monthly calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with the company’s policy or practice
  • Work globally across the business units and locations to serve as a POC for all commissions/MBO related matters
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the global sales teams
  • Work closely with Human Resources to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and retroactive changes
  • Working on implementing the commissions and other sales incentive plans in the relevant system
  • Preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting
  • Ad Hoc projects and requests, as needed

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in an FP&A/Commissions roles in a global company
  • Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to grow and think outside the box, identify problems or opportunities to improve upon existing processes and provide innovative solutions
  • Fluent in English
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner and communicate with all level’s management

These would also be nice:

  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Previous experience with CaptivateIQ
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
