You'll monitor the accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing and be knowledgeable in customer account processing and contract processing. Additionally, you'll be required to understand the regulatory requirements for various products, including identifying and resolving any discrepancies. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with other team members to develop and implement procedures that ensure high customer service levels. A working knowledge of MS Office and associated systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Kondor+, Swap Manager, Time & Sales, and other related systems will be helpful.
