As a Strategic Analytics Senior Associate you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of acquisitions strategies across Consumer Card products. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends and the quality of the originated accounts
  • Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, enabling the delivery of insights encompassing the full account lifecycle
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly co-brand partner presentations with internal and external senior leaders to share findings and recommendations
  • Acquire a strong understanding of the operational processes which will aid in understanding acquisition performance drivers
  • Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing Risk Management
  • Lead development of strategy changes and partner with technical groups to develop requirements for changes to rules engines and automated strategies
  • Assist with regulatory and internal audits or exams

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline from an accredited college/university required
  • 4+ years of analytics experience preferably in financial services or consulting
