Job Responsibilities

  • Convert warm inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to log all customer contacts and schedule follow-ups.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques in a call center environment.
  • Recommend optimal product/rate program combinations to prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
