JPMorgan Chase is looking to hire a part-time Associate Banker in their San Rafael, United States branch. This position provides an opportunity to work in the financial industry and Technology industry, conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley. As an Associate Banker, you will take on the responsibility of assisting customers with their day-to-day banking and financial needs. This includes helping them open accounts, make deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, as well as answering any questions customers might have. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them with the appropriate products in order to meet their needs. You will also be required to recommend and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, products, and fees. This includes providing support through digital channels such as the JPMorgan website, mobile app, and other digital experiences. Further, you will help assist customers with processes such as opening an account, setting up account services, and more. The hours are part-time and flexible, on either Monday to Thursday from 9am-5pm, or Friday from 9am-6pm, with occasional Saturday hours between 9am-12pm.
