As the Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing a full suite of banking services to the clients and business owners of the North San Jose Market. You will need to leverage your knowledge of the tech industry and the financial markets to help grow, support and nurture banking relationships. You will be the main point of contact for clients and business owners and will often be working directly with senior stakeholders in the JPMorgan organization.
Your responsibilities will include delivering customer service excellence, getting to know clients and business owners to identify their needs, offering tailored advice and solutions to build successful relationships, as well as overseeing new accounts, money transfers and product/services. Additionally, you will be required to understand digital products and services and be able to recommend appropriate solutions to the clients.
The ideal candidate for this role must have an understanding of the tech industry, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of banking regulations and complex financial products.
