Job Summary

As a FAST Analytics Solutions Summer Associate within the Focused Analytics Solutions Team (FAST), you will have your professional growth and development supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your professional interests, mentorship, structured training sessions, and more. Job Responsibilities

  • Helping FAST and our internal clients develop actionable data-driven insights, solutions, products, and services that drive business decisions and enhance customer / employee experience at scale

  • Managing projects day-to-day to ensure a clear understanding of business impact, scope, and requirements; delivery by key milestones; clear communication within the project team and stakeholders; and adherence to risk and controls procedures

  • Partnering with data scientists to enable them to execute technical work (e.g., modeling, automation, etc.) by providing clear guidance aligned to business objectives and outcomes as well as delivering supplementary, exploratory data analysis as needed

  • Operating as an effective storyteller, communicating complex technical approaches by developing understandable and actionable story and presentation deck materials for stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Enrolled in an MBA or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of utilizing data to answer business problems effectively
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills – an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across business and technology partners, including senior leadership
  • Experience managing projects and using project management tools; strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects on track
  • Strong consulting toolkit that can rapidly advance projects while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a multi-year PCI DSS strategy aligned with enterprise technology modernization (leveraging GenAI tools and engineering forward processes), regulatory/contractual expectations, and business objectives.
  • Serve as the PCI authority across the organization, translating technical and regulatory requirements into executable and auditable programs.
  • Lead all phases of the PCI lifecycle, including planning, risk-based assessment execution, evidence management, control validation, compliance reporting, corrective action, and remediation.
  • Manage annual and ad-hoc assessments, including self-assessment questionnaires (SAQs), Reports on Compliance (ROCs), and attestation deliverables in partnership with external Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs).

  • Build and lead a global PCI team, including compliance analysts and technical program managers.
  • Modernize the PCI program with automation, evidence orchestration platforms, self-service attestations, and control-as-code frameworks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on security concepts and 10+years of applied experience with PCI DSS, and other Regulatory frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in implementing PCI requirements (v 4.0) across large scale complex organizations.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments. (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with security assessment tools, data discovery tools, threat models and penetration testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in finance or another highly regulated industry.
