Job summary:

As an Investor Support Negotiator Master of Trading Agreements within the Asset Management Investment Platform Global Trading Agreements Group you will be responsible for negotiating all kinds of Master Trading Agreements, such as, ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTAs, MCAs, Prime Brokerage Agreements, GMRAs, MRAs, Tri-party Agreements and Collateral Transfer Agreements, Security Agreements and Account Control Agreements related to UMR, as well as any other ancillary documentation for a range of funds and clients across multiple products. You will have knowledge of trading agreements and awareness of certain regulations related to trading agreements, such as the Margin Rules for Segregation of Regulatory Initial Margin are not cleared, FINRA 4210, and the SEC cleared repo mandate, is a must.
