Job Responsibilities

  • Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and new client acquisition
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
  • Connect your clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen
  • Strong community presence with an established network
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts

  • Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses

  • Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and existing clients at their places of business.   • Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
