Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
Data Center Infrastructure Experience : At least 3 years of experience in delivering data center infrastructure products and services, including server, storage, and networking.
ProjectManagement: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and coordinating projects and technical resources.
Operating Systems Knowledge : General understanding of multiple operating systems such as Redhat Linux, Microsoft Windows, IBM AIX, Solaris, and VMware ESX, along with monitoring and supporting Wintel WEB-based services.
Change Management : Over 3 years of working knowledge of Change Management processes, tools and procedures.
Database Experience : Experience with Oracle, Oracle RAC, and MS SQL.
Virtualization and Server Platforms : General understanding of VMware Virtual Center, blade-based server platforms, and their design and management tools.
Data Storage Technologies : Experience with SAN and NAS data storage technologies, including EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, IBM XIV, and NetApp.
Networking Knowledge : Good understanding of routing/switching concepts, IP assignment, LAN/WAN/VLAN configurations, CISCO/Juniper products, and network inventory management systems.
Process Engineering : Experience with process engineering, ITIL/Six Sigma approaches, workflow management, and complex provisioning environments.

Job responsibilities
- Assess and monitor technology risks, ensuring compliance with firm standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional ability to develop and communicate well-founded recommendations based on regulatory guidance and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
- Technical knowledge of reviewing platforms (UNIX, Windows, Mainframe, etc.) and databases (Oracle, Sybase)
