As an Associate you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will play a leadership role in implementing the execution function including working with analysts and associates, as well as assisting more senior bankers. Job Responsibilities:

• Working with senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing financing and advisory transactions across various products including M&As, IPOs, bonds, loans and structured products
• Developing content in marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
• Creating financial models and detailed valuation analysis for pitches / projects
• Interacting with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and identifying and managing all risks in a given deal
• Guiding, reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing / execution process forward
• Liaising with internal and external parties on transactions (e.g. lawyers, accountants, counterparties)
• Providing leadership and mentorship in guiding and training junior bankers
• Leading client negotiations, Q&A process and management interviews

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top tier educational institution
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an investment banking front office role
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
• Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently

As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within the Securities Services Operations team, you will lead and manage deal placement and post-trade functions for Fund of Funds Custody Operations.

You will supervise workflow to prevent bottlenecks and missed instructions as well as assess work allocation and identify areas of capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of escalation for supervisors and support high-volume days.
• Record and monitor error logs and aged items.
• Perform transactions for hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equities.
• Ensure adherence to controls and escalate risk items immediately.

• Knowledge in Unit Trusts, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations is preferred

Job responsibilities

• Develop a community outreach and engagement program that builds community relationships with proven ability to make business development sales calls (70% external, 30% internal)
• Leverage national community playbook (i.e., activation plan) to engage the community in a meaningful way, and complimenting the curriculum with local programing and events to host in branches
• Build and manage the community engagement calendar, facilitate (and/or co-facilitate) regular financial health workshops, Chase Chats and community events in the branch
• Own execution of the events end to end from event outreach, in-branch awareness, customer and community enrollment
• Report results based on event surveys to inform national community teams on opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers and OneChase Partners on customer engagement, referrals from events and adoption of financial product solutions, and with Global Philanthropy to ensure a collaborative approach to events
