As an EMEA Client Operations - Advisory and Governance Analyst within the Advisory and Governance Team, you will provide expert advice on complex client cases and policies/procedures related to KYC/AML. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a training program for Client Onboarding and partner teams, focusing on KYC/AML and related topics. Additionally, you will manage our client forms (DOX) and application packs across our 9 EMEA locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work within our team which creates, updates and coordinates changes to our form templates. These range from complex documents such as our Application Forms and Client Terms as well as forms which help clients update their details or who they what as signatories to their account, as well as forms that form part of the client experience such as the welcome letter.
  • Work with our tech and product teams to develop solutions to improve the client experience by introducing ways clients can sign digitally, or access their forms online, as well as by creating forms with dynamic content.
  • Lead the effective completion of assigned tasks, working seamlessly with partner teams across the DOX processes.
  • Maintain accurate static data on our form templates in systems.
  • Handle sensitive data and information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Escalate issues promptly in line with escalation protocols, contributing ideas to drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Embrace opportunities to re-think and innovate our forms and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work independently, completing tasks within established timeframes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Mindset: Be able to research and analyse issues. Given the role involves dealing with complex KYC, Legal and tax documentation, you should have research skills to a degree level to be able to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
