As a Plan Management Analyst/Associate within our Client Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts. You will work closely with various teams across our operational and IT departments, playing a key role in innovating team processes. You will have the flexibility to manage your workload in a dynamic environment and the chance to collaborate with diverse teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework
  • Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.
  • Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
  • Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies’ program(s) to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
  • Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Implement projects to enhance business operations while acting as a point of contact for Client Accounts.
  • Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners as well as identify innovative client solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
  • Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Previous exposure to a client facing role within a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Third level qualification
  • 2+ years experience within a similar position is advantageous

Your core responsibilities will involve managing relationships with users and decision makers in the account, managing revenue and growth objectives, and being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. You will be expected to demonstrate ambition, resilience, and a strong technical orientation. Your role will involve ensuring the customer receives the utmost value from the Workplace Solutions product, leveraging internal subject matter experts to help customers optimise their investment, and working closely with implementations, operations and service desk teams. You will also be responsible for actively growing an existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients as assigned.
  • Build depth in relationship by initiating contact and developing a relationship with decision makers.
  • Manage the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day to day and escalated issues and requests.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation and containment, as well as performance measurement.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and growth objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Keep up to date with industry information which could provide value to your clients or value internally.
  • Build network of share plans advisors and experts in your region


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities.

  • Share Plan Experience is essential
  • Experience in Relationship Management in global companies.
  • Proactive by nature. Go above and beyond to serve as a trusted adviser for your customers.
  • Exceptional personal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
  • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • To generate business results and acquire new assets across the North East client market, specifically in Yorkshire and surrounding areas
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
  • Understand client's goals and objectives to develop and implement investment plan on their overall balance sheet, including holistic asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation shifts, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Ensure that proposed solutions fulfil clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measure
  • Partner with other Client Advisors in the team in order to maximize the team strength and achieve team goal

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working with high net worth individuals across Yorkshire, whether that be individuals with family owned businesses, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, single family offices or endowments/foundations/charities.
  • Previous business development experience with knowledge in profiling, negotiation and pro-active referral generation
  • Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities
  • Strong reputation with an established network

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • A network and track record of performance, directly linked to the private client market in Yorkshire & the wider North East client market
  • Asset allocation / multi asset class portfolio exposure
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
