  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing Workplace’s value proposition.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives and engages target audiences.
  • Market Research: Utilise data and insights into client needs, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years’ experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
As a CEEMEA Senior Sales Director within our sales team, you will take charge of originating sales and managing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients in the CEEMEA region, particularly those in the Energy sector. Your role will require full-time, intensive engagement with clients at their headquarters and throughout their global operations. You will interact with client contacts at various levels, adeptly navigating the complexity and diversity of their businesses. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in promoting our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our client relationships.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales origination efforts for the largest and most strategic Energy sector clients in the CEEMEA region.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Provide comprehensive coverage of client operations, both at headquarters and globally, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at industry events and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Able to demonstrate the required level of experience in cash management, sales and relationship management
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of Payments products
  • Competence in assessing new opportunities/contacting key decision makers
  • Strong account planning and demonstrated execution
  • Strong creative solution and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills
