Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses
  • Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure the profitability of the portfolio. Leverage knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts, as well as creative marketing techniques, utilizing Chase resources and materials to develop business network and prospects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training. Uses seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs; presents proactive solutions and innovative alternatives when appropriate

  • Perform analytical review to identify any significant misstatement on Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and liaise with other functions to identify business drivers for significant variances
  • Involve in the monthly general ledger certification and substantiation process
  • Work closely with the Regional MIS team in HK on financial planning and analysis processes such as monthly Flash vs Actual reporting and reviewing outlook revenue and expenses
  • Assist in the regulatory, tax and management reporting.
  • Support the annual statutory and tax audits in Singapore and Australia
  • Support the preparation of meeting materials for various location management committee meetings and regional finance control meetings

  2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management space, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills is required.
  3. Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
  4. Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.
  6. Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
