• Strong knowledge of the Equity Derivatives business, products, and front-to-back processes and system infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with the risk management system, specifically in trade capture, trade management and lifecycles.
• Excellent business analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.
• Proven ability of agile, design thinking and problem solving
• Professional skills with JIRA, Confluence, qTest and project management tools
• Flexibility for travel to region ( APAC / EMEA / Americas) for period of 2-3 months within short notice in case of business requirements.
