As a Presentation Specialist (PowerPoint & Graphic designer) within Global Corporate Finance Office (GCFO) you will be responsible for the visualizing, creation and formatting of documents such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements brochures, infographics, complex presentation covers, templates and other types of presentations following JP Morgan standards using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and other AI tools. A strong Presentations Specialist is a creative agent who creates visually compelling materials for our internal and external clients.

Job responsibilities

• Intake of presentation and create, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications, ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction. Be an expert in MS Office Suite. Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction
