As a Client Service Analyst at JPMorgan in India, Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing vital support to JPMorgan’s clients in Mumbai by ensuring that their requests are handled promptly and in an efficient manner. You will act as a liaison between clients and various departments to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely manner.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and must be able to quickly diagnose any potential issues that may arise. You must also be able to provide solutions in a timely manner, using your strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your job would include: responding to client-side inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling customer complaints. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
To be successful in the role of Client Service Analyst, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable working with customers and stakeholders of different backgrounds and have the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships. You must also be organized and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge in customer service, communication, and technical support are preferred but not essential.
