Job Responsibilities :

This may include diagnosing problems and providing operational or technical resolution within defined and limited autonomy.
  • Manage customer accounts, process payments, income, or taxes, and resolve queries across multiple corporate- and income-related events.
  • Understand the asset servicing lifecycle.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service.
  • Review peer work and offer suggestions on process improvements.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Excellent prior asset servicing services, securities lending or prime brokerage operational experience
