As the Vice President within the Waterfall & Fee Analytics team, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled waterfall developers and overseeing the implementation and execution of waterfall solutions for AFS clients. You should possess strong communication skills and will be required to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to build out waterfall models for new onboardings, maintain existing waterfall models, scope out requirements, and participate in the development of the waterfall function and platform. As part of the wider Product Development function, there will be opportunities to contribute to the development and optimization of the broader AFS technology platform.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities :
Strong Leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels (both internal and client)
Self-starter with a proven track record in Alternative fund administration
Deep techno-functional expertise of FIS Investran and Deloitte Cascade.
Experience in supporting Alternative fund administration.
Expert knowledge of PE/AFS waterfall calculations, including the ability to analyze LPAs.
Strong organisational skills to clearly gather and document requirements with fund accountant and client services.
Competency to convert the requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
Proven financial and analytical skillset.
Robust organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage many tasks at once in a structured manner
An ability to work in teams distributed across the globe and travel to onshore offices
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities :
Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, SQL and/or VBA skills would be an advantage.

As an Associate within the Global Supplier Services team, you will be responsible to support our global Category Management team and define category strategy and executing long-term category plans, foster relationships spanning cross functional business stakeholders and manage key supplier relationships. You will support the management of the category and the unique reporting and comparative analysis needs.
Job responsibilities:
Collaborate well with internal stakeholders to understand their IT Project Services needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies that drive client success and business results.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
5+ years of experience or equivalent work in Sourcing and Procurement
Knowledge of Professional Services/Contingent Workforce/Labor Sourcing best practices within a centralized sourced model, including exposure to supply chain and demand management planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey procurement strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders and team members.
Knowledge of the key aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ and sourcing process
Technology or Clerical & Professional - Contingent Workforce/ Professional Services Sourcing experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, understanding of how to effectively use
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced and complex environment, working in very strong collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
