You will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, bringing efficiencies to processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Financial Analysis team is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting, and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g., dashboards), and advising the line of business Chief Financial Officer on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

  • Managing annual/continual financial planning activities for product areas, providing business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analysis on product financial performance, consumption/demand planning, budgeting, billing, trends, and exception reports
  • Develop recommendations effecting business procedures and operations and maintain financial and reporting systems.
  • Efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategy - including, but not limited to - location strategy, span of control, reporting and analytics
  • Creating financial business cases supporting business initiatives
  • Reporting on and monitoring key metrics, driving data quality initiatives across the product area, and helping define future needs of the product area
  • Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
  • Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
  • Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible
  • Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations
  • Prepare analytical insights by partner reports
  • Prepare Customer Penetration Metrics
  • Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports as required
  • Knowledge of Essbase, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic Analysis, Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP), etc. is added advantage
  • Ensure that reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items

Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant/ CFA/ MBA (Finance) (or similar educational background) with 12+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Background in Data Science a strong plus. Experience in SQL/SAS/Python/Tableau a plus
  • Strong financial analytical skills – Fusion of Finance and Data Capabilities
  • Strong Team Management Skills – With experience in managing Associate level population
  • Experience in banking industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills
