As a Collateral Servicing - Operations Analyst in the Technology Industry at JPMorgan in India, Bengaluru, you will be responsible for managing the efficient operation of the global collateral services. You will oversee collateral processes to ensure timely execution and dispute resolution. You will also review daily collateral activity alerts and reports to ensure compliance with controls. In this role, you will provide operational support and analytics for collateral management tools and services. You will partner with other teams such as Sales & Trading, Operations, and Product Support to ensure timely execution of all collateral events and to provide resolution for any complex queries raised. You will also be responsible for maintaining the platform by responding to customer issues and working on system improvements to ensure that it is running efficiently. In addition, you will monitor daily operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. You will also provide reports and recommendations to senior management on chargeable risk and credit losses related to JPMorgan Collateral Services. Finally, you will keep yourself up to date with all dynamic operational and industry changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence in the firm. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data science, or economics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a collateral operations/analytics role. Additionally, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
