Job Summary:
As an Analyst or Associate in the Equity Derivatives Group - Delta 1 Trading Funding Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to build your Delta One and Equity Finance trading expertise while having from day-one a significant exposure to our clients. With your strong organisation and process automation skills, you will efficiently manage the daily client operations and associated production controls. Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and hedge the secondary events linked to client trades, through daily interactions with the sales force and clients

Job Summary:
As a Sales Business Control Manager Associate in the Markets Sales BCM team, you will be accountable for the risk and control environment within the Global Markets Sales business. You will report directly to the Head of Continental Europe Sales BCM, leading the development and implementation of supervisory controls, managing risk events, and spearheading process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure effective control governance and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, escalate, and record control issues, incidents, and operational errors, performing risk analysis with key stakeholders to agree on root causes, and delivering appropriate control deep dives and remedial actions.
