At JPMorgan, we are looking for a Private Equity Fund Administration Vice President to join our Toronto office and take a leadership role in the firm’s Technology sector. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals making strategic investment decisions for our clients.
As a Vice President, you will have extensive knowledge of the private equity firm’s operations and possess the ability to transact investments quickly and accurately. You will provide advice to senior management regarding the portfolio performance and manage all aspects of the administrative operations including the fund services, accounting, and regulatory aspects. You will also be responsible for researching various investment options and identifying optimal strategies and opportunities for our clients.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy for our clients. This will include overseeing the private equity back office staff to ensure that they are meeting performance objectives and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 8 years' experience in fund administration and have a proven track record of success. You will also need excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
