You will also be responsible for researching various investment options and identifying optimal strategies and opportunities for our clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy for our clients. This will include overseeing the private equity back office staff to ensure that they are meeting performance objectives and comply with all relevant policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 8 years' experience in fund administration and have a proven track record of success. You will also need excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
