  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Servicing, customer experience and other stakeholder teams to identify opportunities, pain points and address those through right product prioritization.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, and marketing to drive product decision, trade off assessment, and other key considerations.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Aptitude to learn, solve challenging problems and a passion to deliver great user experiences
  • Experience building SaaS products for businesses, with a strong track record of success; experience in designing/building solutions with modern technology stacks including APIs, microservices, public cloud, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence and partner across cross-functional teams; as well as strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Payment domain knowledge with merchant service ecosystem, card payment experience and Canadian payment landscape would be a preferred option.
  • MBA degree would be a preferred choice.

  • Possesses deep knowledge and understanding of global treasury services, payments, liquidity, trade, commercial card and FX products
