What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive parts and materials into CMS and EAM systems.
Verify supplier shipments (quantities, descriptions) and unpack/place products in designated stocking locations.
Issue and record parts to internal customers at the stockroom window/counter.
Perform physical and cycle inventory counts.
accuratemanual and computerized records.
Record stock outs and return unused/defective parts to outside vendors.
Prepare repair parts for shipment to repair vendors, including contacting vendors, arranging pick-up, and reviewing repair quotes with maintenance.
in expediting supplier shipments (backup) under the direction of the MRO Coordinator.
Participate in a stockroom improvement project (TBD), such as:
Mapping current processes and recommending 1–2 improvements.
Documenting current work instructions.

You'll be responsible to transform existing processes into modern digitized processes using IIOT, and other modern computer hardware and software tools. The co-op will be assisting in convert and converge projects streamlining machining and assembly lines. Responsible for improving manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary for the production of parts. In conjunction with Quality, Engineering and Operations work groups, takes a key role in the development and implementation of smart manufacturing cells and work processes.
