As a Senior Transportation Project Manager, you will have an important role pursuing new work and building client relationships. Our Senior Transportation Project Manager will:

• Lead and manage teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.

• Be accountable for successfully completing projects to the satisfaction of clients and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacobs’ business and policy expectations are met in the areas of health and safety, quality, financial, project delivery, and risk management.

• Play a leadership role in business development activities that result in the award of new contracts. This typically includes client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, oral presentations, and contract negotiations consistent with established business development processes.

• Maintain and/or develop relationships with new and existing clients to determine their needs and manage expectations

• Prepare or oversee the design for roadway, highway, and/or traffic engineering projects

• Identify creative and innovative solutions based on client, project, and site constraints

• Provide technical guidance, oversight, and perform quality reviews

As a, you will perform a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of a water/wastewater treatment plant on an assigned shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preforms routine serving and corrective maintenance of water and wastewater collection systems.

• Cleans vehicles, heavy equipment, pumps, tools, and other stationary and portable equipment

• Preforms routine inspections of vehicles and equipment; performs minor maintenance and lubrication of machinery such as changing oil and greasing equipment.

• Operates and maintains vehicles, equipment and tools required to load, unload, haul and spread sand, gravel, dirt and / or waste products ( sludge, product waste, packaging waste, etc.); digs and refills ditched and trenches.

• Carries or holds materials, supplies and tools to assist operations and maintenance personnel

• Maintains grounds and buildings; cuts grass, weeds and brush; trims trees and bushes; rakes grass, leaves and trash, seeds and cares for lawns and ornamental plantings.

• Understand and carries out oral and written directions

• Works safely and adheres to established safety procedures

• Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work

• Ability to carry and respond to pages as requested by management

• Ability and willingness to work on-call shifts, as requested, including being fit and able to respond to call-ins in a timely manner.

• Performs other duties as required

As a Utility Worker, you’ll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services – uninterrupted. Based in Fort Campbell, KY you’ll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the servicing and corrective maintenance of water/wastewater systems, including maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment. You’ll operate and maintain vehicles, equipment and tools to load and haul product, dig and refill trenches, maintain grounds and buildings, and carry or hold materials, supplies and tools to assist other maintenance personnel.
