This co-op position will be located full time in the Philadelphia, PA office or remotely, as coordinated directly with a supervisor. The individual will work with an experienced Engineer and will be exposed to and support a variety of Engineering challenges in his or her specific discipline. This individual will also be exposed to various software systems that include working with AutoCAD and/or Microstation and other industry standard design applications. The co-op will perform tasks under close supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.

As a Senior Project/Design Manager, you’ll have responsibility to plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality of work product, consistency across projects, and staff safety. You will also coordinate with subcontractors and internal support staff and subject matter experts. In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, and scientists to deliver complex projects across the Philadelphia region and beyond. You will assist in local marketing and business development, tracking of future project opportunities, preparation of proposals and participate in interviews and presentations. You will mentor and support the development of junior and mid-level staff. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local.
