You’ll lead and deliver comprehensive architectural design programs, providing strategic oversight and coordination across all phases of development:
- Serve as a primary client interface, building lasting relationships and fostering trust across all stakeholders
- Direct project planning efforts, including:
- Developing project management plans and aligning solutions with stakeholder goals
- Evaluating alternatives and recommending optimal design approaches
- Manage architectural design and engineering phases for major capital investments, overseeing:
- Scoping and budgeting
- Coordination with internal teams and external partners including agencies, local governments, and design consultants
- Execute project monitoring and control activities throughout the full lifecycle:
- Develop and present progress reports
- Manage schedules, budgets, and change processes
- Conduct monthly status updates to senior leadership

You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges. As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.
