Our Global Delivery Center (GDC) Poland is made of skilled experts and professionals that support local and international projects from offices located in Krakow and Warsaw. They cover the following markets:

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements,
  • Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content, including resumes and project descriptions, in collaboration with subject matter experts,
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings,
  • Manage proposal logistics and production , including document formatting, checking Client’s websites, graphic integration, and submission preparation (both electronic and hard copy),
  • Drive process improvement by identifying issues, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring strategic differentiators/win themes are reflected in final deliverables;

You’ll help keep our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful. Excellent opportunity for a Senior CEI Project Engineer to join our FL FDOT team. This is a senior level position overseeing higher level inspectors and engineers in functional areas such as construction inspection and surveying; scheduling and status; roadway design; traffic signal equipment; traffic signalization and geometrics; materials sampling; inspection and testing. Involves significant amount of decision making and use of judgment and includes providing work direction to others.
