Essential Job Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems, networks, and components under minimal supervision.
• Perform point-to-point checkout commissioning and system diagnostics from system level controllers to end devices.
• Monitor the BAS from network to devices for consistent performance and identify trends that may indicate performance issues and react by resolving issues before they produce discomfort for the client and their customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to perform high level BAS software and hardware troubleshooting on complex HVAC systems and subsystems including network and controllers.
• Possess familiarity with BAS systems such as Metasys, Siemens, Honeywell, Tritium, Niagara, etc.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of BAS network protocols, software, sequence of operations and DDC ladder logic.
• Ability to create graphics in BAS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of N2 and BACnet protocols is desired.
• Good computer, communication, and typing skills
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.

As a key member of our Civil Site team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects ranging from small site design to large building projects or facility infrastructure upgrades. You’ll get to work on site civil layout, grading, and drainage (hydrology and hydraulics) design, utility design, erosion control, and design review. You’ll work closely with our talented project teams through all phases of plan production as we carry projects from concept design to bid-ready documents and into construction.

What you’ll do:

• Provide solid project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and reporting.
• Manage overall program controls and reporting functions, providing updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Use e-Builder, Prism-Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Kahua, Python, and SQL coding.
• Develop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BI.
• Coordinate and execute project issues, with a focus on CPM Scheduling using Primavera P6 and cost engineering functions.
• Periodic travel will be necessary.

As anyou will provide subject matter expertise, insights, leadership, and recommendations to client, project leadership team, and electrical team to ensure superior electrical services guide decision-making, project management, and day-to-day operations and maintenance.

3. Use the AAT project electrician career path and skills matrix guides to prepare the electrical team for future certification, professional development, promotion, and other learning and development opportunities.

4. Complete all work order management requirements consistent with client expectations for preventive, corrective, reactive, project and all work order metrics as reported daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

5. Ensure electrical teams’ work order performance is consistent with Policy 001: Work Order Completion to comply with client’s quality assurance audit performance standards.

6. Contribute technical and operational expertise in support of the AAT project’s ISO 9001: 2015 certified quality management system to include creation of technical and administrative work instructions, policies and procedures, and other documents needed to maintain certification and strengthen the QMS.

2. Able to provide regular electrical project drawing review services to assist client’s project team with ensuring each phase of as-built drawings meet standard electrical practices.
