Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
• Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

We are looking for a Mechanical – HVAC Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinating work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.

• To provide technical support particularly in mechanical engineering with emphasis on HVAC for the Data Centers in the Asia Region;
• To support the Technical Director in the business development and marketing of the Group capabilities;
• To manage project inputs and ensure the project budget and controls are in place.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Director, the candidate should be self-disciplined and able to work independently;
• Should have relevant experience to be able to perform engineering tasks on the mechanical services detailed design (including calculations, computer simulations, specifications etc.) for, building Mech infrastructure, particularly in Data Center projects and also special project like Healthcare
• Review and understand scope, BIM, specifications and drawings from client briefs;
• Ensure that consistent quality standards and conformance with design plans / specifications are maintained across the project and coordination with other disciplines to ensure consistency across the project;
• Familiar and understand relevant Local Building Codes and international standards to ensure compliance;
• To help prepare proposal and bids;
• To engage with engineers, drafting and design staff to fulfil deliverables;
• To lead and attend to project/site meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines;
• To conduct site inspection as necessary, and respond to technical queries;
• Understand and follow plans, procedures, workflows, systems and tools to meet specific project requirements;
• Liaise and coordinate relevant technical issues with other disciplines;
• To build cultivate and build relationships with client generally as a Doer/Seller role
• Write technical reports and specifications including functional descriptions for Mechanical systems;
• Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities when required.
