You will be responsible for the full-time on-site supervision of Civil and Structures- related tasks. And can work under Resident Engineer (RE)’s instruction and direction closely.

• The IOW will oversee day-to-day Construction Operation at site. - To check, monitor, inspect, perform quality control checks, and monitor work in progress and final inspection on completed works.
• The person requires performing site supervision and coordination to ensure that the works carried out by the Contractors are within quality standards and correcting specification. –
• To check, monitor, inspect, perform quality control checks, and monitor work in progress and final inspection on completed works. Reporting on non-conforming matters found during inspection to Resident Engineer
• Coordinate and supervise Defect Rectification Works during Defect Liability Period. –
• Engage in communication with clients, contractors, and approving agencies as needed for construction purposes. - Attend site progress meetings.

The Primary responsibilities are as follows.

• Review construction documents and field conditions.
• Perform inspection.
• Review submittals and correspondences.
• Plans and coordinates all field inspection activities and reviews the work of Representatives to ensure compliance with job specifications

Theis responsible for the safe and efficient commissioning and operation of energy renewable projects to achieve the plant’s performance objectives and Jacob’s contractual objectives. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and the Commissioning Lead, this position provides direction to the overall commissioning team and requires the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop detailed commissioning plans and checklists to detail plans and procedures to be followed in the field
• Execute and supervise all commissioning activities in the field.
• Coordinate between engineering, construction, operations, and subcontracted personnel related to commissioning scope.
• Manage budget for undertaking commissioning activities.
• Develop the commissioning schedule working closely with the project scheduler.
• Manage and maintain open communications (regarding commissioning) and relationship with the client.
• Work closely with operations staff to ensure smooth transition to operations of the facility.
• Oversee and verify all commissioning documentation is completed per project document control policies.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate to other project sites as business requires.
