Working alongside Project Executives and Technical Leaders,play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary transport projects that make a difference to our communities.

• Lead design management on major infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Drive project success through effective risk management, quality assurance, and digital engineering implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private and public sector clients.
• Oversee the production of high-quality engineering design deliverables.
• Manage diverse project teams, including global resources and subcontractors.
• Support business growth through proposal development and tender preparation.

Principal Civil Engineer

As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will balance technical oversight with strategic client relationship management across our transportation infrastructure portfolio. You'll be responsible for leading contract development and negotiations, overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical excellence in road design and highway engineering. An important aspect of your role will be mentoring and developing junior engineers while contributing to business development initiatives and proposal writing for transportation projects. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across the ANZ region to deliver innovative solutions for our
