Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of terminal operations, passenger traffic patterns, and facility.

• Scoping and undertaking studies on airfield layout, apron configuration, passenger terminal planning and/or surface access planning

• Data analysis, demand and capacity assessment and interpretation, benchmarking to support analysis, modeling and simulation.

• Develop terminal design concepts and layouts that adhere to regulatory requirements, industry.

• Provide expertise in terminal planning and design during project development phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.

• Technical report writing, preparing and delivering presentations.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate terminal designs with existing, assisting clients in setting out formal requirements.

You’ll be responsible for creating design and drawings using software tools and resources supporting our clients’ overall project goals, including NJ Transit and Amtrak. You’ll support the development of Contract Documents for Construction; and lead, coordinate, and be responsible for a variety of tasks through completion. You will be counted on to facilitate completion of project assignments with those of other engineers and with other technical disciplines as necessary; and will provide written responses and memorandums as related to project tasks. Architects with excellent experience in design delivery of large-scale projects in the high-end residential

and/or hospitality and Retail Dining and Entertainment (RDE) sector. The incumbent will bring good

exposure to all design stages from Concept Design to IFC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to coordinate across other design disciplines such as structures, MEP, landscape. Ability to

understand the complexity of working with multiple consultants on one project which involves complex

coordination such as kitchen consultant, F&B consultant, SPA consultant, lighting consultant, branding

consultant, signage and way finding, façade, swimming pool, landscape, water feature consultant etc.

• Experience and understanding of Master Specs in CSI will be advantageous.

• Hands-on design and ability to deal with vendors and suppliers to look for the right technical solution will add value.

• Experience in designing basements desirable.

• Building codes: Should be experienced with international building codes such as NFPA, IBC etc, knowledge/expertise about Saudi building codes will be desired.

• Certifications: RIBA or equivalent certification is desirable. LEED certified candidates, or candidates who have worked towards LEED certification for any of their projects will also be preferred.

As an
Vancouver, WA, you’ll perform a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant, leading weekly meetings, directing, assigning and training team members. You’ll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance, establishing and maintaining effective sample procedures of plant operations and effluent, and providing effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise. You’ll diagnose operating problems, make process control adjustments, direct and perform necessary corrective action. You’ll also prepare reports, collect samples, perform laboratory testing, determine proper chemical flow rates, maintain shift logs and perform other duties as required.
