This role will be based out of an Intuit office located in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office presence required 3 days a week. This position will report to the Head of Capital Markets and Bank Partnerships for QuickBooks Capital.

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to determine the ideal funding mix for the business, ensuring optimal allocation across structures to meet the company's risk-return objectives and drive long-term success.
• Spearhead development of models and tools to forecast funding needs and proactively engage investors or amend agreements.
• Manage contract negotiations with originating bank partners for all lending products.
• Drive leadership alignment on funding initiatives and balance sheet management framework.
• Oversee the production of robust and transparent investor reports; review loan, credit, and performance data to ensure alignment with investor expectations.
• Drive in-depth cash flow analysis to ensure loan performance meets internal risk standards and investor expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (including Credit Risk, Legal, Servicing, Platform, Finance, and Treasury) to implement capital strategies and develop operational systems that support funding structures.
• Develop automated dashboards and monitoring for current and future financing structures to track performance and get in front of any potential covenant issues.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape to identify potential impacts and ensure compliance across funding strategies.

• 10+ years experience in lending capital markets, preferably from a bank, specialty finance lender or an asset management firm.
• Experience with asset backed credit facilities, whole loan sales and securitizations and other bespoke structures.
• Advanced proficiency in building liquidity forecasting models, optimizing funding costs, and aligning cash needs with sourcing strategies.
• Experience using SQL is a plus.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Develop, originate and scale funding strategies for business loans and commercial credit cards, including warehouse facilities, forward flow loan sales, securitizations, and customized financing structures.
• Manage deal structuring, diligence, and contract negotiations with both existing and new partners with a focus on optimizing funding costs and liquidity.
• Develop and implement strategic funding plans for the expansion of existing products and the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk-return frameworks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external investors, leverage providers, originating bank partners and third-party agents, expanding the company’s network across the funding landscape.
• Provide competitive market insights, including pricing trends, and transaction structures, using intelligence to shape product and funding decisions.
• Own and maintain the company’s pitch deck, ensuring it effectively communicates the organization's growth vision to investors, stakeholders, and partners.
• Partner closely with the product, risk, legal, compliance and collections teams to design and launch new financial products that minimize balance sheet risk while maximizing profitability.

• Understand the unique needs of legal, security, product, engineering, and other business teams (goals, products, tools, process) in order to produce effective and relevant learning strategies and deliverables
• Produce and revise training materials to keep course materials current and match organizational needs
• Create, design and develop rigor in tests for certification of learning in Storyline

• Perform rigorous quality assurance process

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: $81,120 - $109,200.

• Two-plus years of experience or an equivalent academic background in adult learning, instructional design, or a similar capacity
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to program complex interactions, variables, and triggers to create highly interactive and gamified learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of gamification principles and experience in designing and implementing game-like elements within e-learning modules.
• Strong graphic/visual design skills for content creation. Adobe Illustrator is a plus
