The New Product Planner will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • The coordination and startup activities for a product line from engineering to production and ensuring a smooth transition from new product introduction to high volume manufacturing.
  • Collecting and organizing data from multiple sources, developing optimized supply plans, and monitoring product flow to ensure product commits are met on time, in the correct amount, and in the correct configuration.
  • Creating supply forecast, running and reporting ‘what if’ analyses.
  • Driving new product naming, BOM creation, and routing requirements through product planning systems setup activities.
  • Collecting and scrubbing engineering and marketing sample demand against product supply forecast.
  • Ensuring required information is consolidated, organized, presented, and readily available for downstream activities.
  • Performing analysis of manufacturing risks, capacity utilization, manufacturing scheduling inventory levels, engineering requirements and customer demand and/or delivery expectations for product start up through product stabilization.
  • Applying advanced analytics and optimization modeling to find patterns and relationships in data to help optimize inventory, material, and create supply strategies
  • Effectively interacting and managing cross functional stakeholders worldwide.
  • Understanding both supply chain strategies and technical details of CPU engineering programs.
  • Role modeling Lean culture.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies.
  • Communicate, explain, and clarify complex process issues with the customer business groups divisions and translate business requirements.
  • Help develop processes and tools for a new manufacturing flow and product configuration.
  • Act as an interface to tool teams representing tool and process requirements.

Strategic and Analytical Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee, including presentations, benchmarking data, and program recommendations.
  • Lead the development and updates of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis section of the proxy statement in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies using compensation surveys and peer group analysis.
  • Model and analyze executive compensation scenarios, including equity grants, incentive payouts, and total compensation packages.

Program Execution and Administration:

  • Administer executive compensation programs including annual and long-term incentive plans, equity awards, and deferred compensation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure accurate execution and reporting of compensation programs.
  • Maintain and audit executive compensation data in Workday and equity systems.
  • Support the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory disclosures related to executive pay.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including SEC, IRS (e.g., 409A), and FASB standards.
  • Monitor governance trends and regulatory changes affecting executive compensation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for shareholder engagement and Say-on-Pay initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

The GITS team is part of Intel's Information Security organization and supports the unique IT information Security and Compliance requirements for Intel Federal LLC, a subsidiary of Intel that delivers products and/or services to the US Government (USG). As part of the GITS team, you will help us grow our secure solution suite to meet U.S. Government requirements for data safeguarding.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in security reviews, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
