With AI adoption accelerating, we are now driving the rapid deployment of large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs) on the same platform.To expand our efforts, we are recruiting an Edge-Computing Platform Software Development Intern. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with world-class experts, master state-of-the-art technologies, and absorb industry best practices in a relaxed yet challenging environment that offers ample room for personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:• Designing, implementing, integrating, and performance-tuning LLM/VLM inference stacks on Intel edge devices.• Developing and optimizing task scheduling, memory access, and data-sharing mechanisms across heterogeneous processors (CPU, GPU, NPU) for AI inference workloads.
Qualifications:

• Candidate in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of Linux kernel/architecture; hands-on experience with process scheduling, memory management, etc.
• Theoretical and practical background in multi-processor coordination in heterogeneous computing environments.
• Familiarity with LLM/VLM application frameworks
• Strong coding skills in C/C++, Python, Go, or Rust; clean, maintainable code is expected.
• Proven problem-solving ability-able to analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional, English-friendly environment.
