This position requires good Project Management background. Also, the position needs an experienced hands-on knowledge of Informatica technologies like Master Data Management (MDM), Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) etc.

• Manage Customer/s relationships by serving as the single point of contact. Responsible for engagement success & delivery quality.
• Manage and coordinate the project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items, service requests and change requests
• Review requirements and documentations, services requests, enhancements, operational activities, technical and specifications changes
• Provide regular reports to communicate project status both internally and externally
• Manage a team of consultants. Supervise and mentor intermediate and junior level team members.
• Provide Project Management leadership, coaching and guidance to Informatica consultants and customer resources
• Ensure Informatica' s Velocity Methodology and Best Practices are followed during incidents, enhancements and Service requests

• Adapt to customer's and partner's work culture and establish an excellent working relationship
• Demonstrate project management capabilities with customers and within team
• Lead a team to deliver successful engagements for our global customers
• Manage work plan, resource plan, priority issues and escalation

• Experience in either or combination of Informatica MDM, P360 or Informatica Data Quality, Data Engineering Integration product implementations, administration.
• Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, and the software development and project management life cycles
• Excellent teamwork and written and verbal communication skills.
• Resolving problems and conflicting priorities and situations
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Manages operational responsibilities of staff or individual contributors

Leads and manages comprehensive product security initiatives across the organization's product portfolio, ensuring security is embedded throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Develops strategic security programs, manages cross-functional security teams, and partners with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver secure products that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Drives the implementation of security frameworks, policies, and tooling while balancing security requirements with business objectives and product delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with modern application security tools, including SAST (e.g., Semgrep, Coverity, Veracode, Checkmarx), SCA (e.g., Black Duck, Synopsys), and secrets management tools (e.g., GitGuardian, TruffleHog, GitHub Advanced Security, HashiCorp Vault)
• Hands-on experience in securing IaC templates and using scanning tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Checkov)
• Deep understanding of secure software development practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of container security principles (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and security tools
• Strategic product security leadership with experience managing security programs across multiple product lines and development teams
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate security requirements into product roadmap priorities and resource allocation decisions

You will work with Technical Sales systems to build automation that streamlines workflows, reduces cloud costs, and speeds environment readiness. Partnering with R&D and DevOps, you'll manage platform operations like patching and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted demos. Regular collaboration with IT, Security, and InfoSec teams will maintain compliance. Success requires expertise in hybrid/multi-cloud architecture, security, and governance.
