As RPA Developer, you are responsible to Identifying and designing business processes for automation, setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Identifying and designing business processes for automation
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA Development using UiPath

• Experience in VBA (Macro) Development

• Knowledge in SQL and .Net

• Understanding business process requirement & design

• Configure automation process as per solution design document

• Can work simultaneously on multiple RPA projects

• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing

• Problem-solving skills

• Mastery of Automation tools, such as Blue Prism, Power Automate or UiPath

• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or .NET

• Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies for Data & AI infrastructure.
• Solution Definition: Defining IBM Data & AI solutions that enhance technology stacks.
• Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.
• Credibility Building: Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of intricate Cloud tech deals.

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a Technical Sales or Database related role
• Strong proficiency and understanding of SQL
• Knowledge of databases (DB2, SQLServer, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience working with the sales lifecycle and driving customer outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills at all levels of an organization
• Driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence in everything they do
• Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with peers and clients

• Experience with IBM Data Management solutions (IBM DB2 Family, Cloudera, Netezza Performance Server, etc.)
• Competitive product experience a plus (Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS and Oracle)
• Data & AI Market Knowledge: Expertise in the Data & AI market to quickly become a trusted client advisor

This is an LTS - Long Term Supplemental role for up to 36 months

8140 Cert: 421 - Intermediate;

Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated

Must have existing Top Secret w/ SCI Eligible Clearance.

Supports full range of data governance (i.e. principles, policies, processes, frameworks, tools, etc.) to manage data at all levels across the lifecycle, making the transition to support AI training and algorithmic models

Level 2 P-TECH at IBM Summer Internship Prerequisite Learning completed by March 14,
2025
• Previously completed an IBM Internship
• Minimum completion of 4 years of P-TECH High School (prior to start)
• Minimum of 3 hours of college credits earned (prior to start)
• Current student of one of the IBM affiliated P-TECH schools:

• Nova Scotia Community College – (NSCC)
• Mohawk College
• Six Nations Polytechnic STEM Academy (SNP)
  

• HS/college attendance 90%+
• GPA: 2.6+
• Level 1 badge verified

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales Execution:Identify new opportunities, manage the transition of client interests to SQLs, and ensure the involvement of the right technical stakeholders.

• Lead Generation and Sales Development: Experience in leading generation and sales development in the tech industry or a similar complex field.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting targets in fast-paced environments by fostering collaboration.
• Digital Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication across digital platforms.

• Data & AI Expertise: Possessing knowledge of Data & AI to offer credible advisory to clients (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings will be provided).
