At IBM Poland, we are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to join our Technology team in Krakow. This role provides the successful candidate the opportunity to become a vital part of an innovative, modern business with the potential for growth. As the Junior Accountant you will be responsible for providing financial reports to multiple levels of management, analyzing financial data from customers and creating invoices for the customers. You will be expected to maintain good relationships with customers and ensure the accuracy of data on their accounts. You will have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and be able to identify discrepancies between financial data. As the Junior Accountant you should be knowledge of sales and purchase ledger management and have an eye for detail to detect any issues. You must be fully conversant with financial software and information systems. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and organizational skills, who is quick to grasp new processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of General Ledger, Payroll and Management Accounts.
