Description:
Your role and responsibilities

• Act as an IBM brand ambassador for the TAO services to their client stakeholders, working either on-site or remotely

• Works with Hiring Managers and client leadership to understand their hiring forecasts and translate it into recruitment plans on an agreed frequency

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and industry sector.

• Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of requisitions, health of delivery, recruitment market insights and strategies to ensure performance metrics are met

• May facilitate the role discovery meeting with Hiring Manager and recruiters to discuss delivery expectations, timelines and sourcing activities

• Consults with the Hiring Manager on the role requirements and sector/market talent supply considerations which may impact delivery

• May support the delivery team in short-list presentation of candidates as required

• Analyze platform data to identify ways to improve and optimize delivery performance and share best practice across the account team.

• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management team

• Participate in client update meetings and represents the service to stakeholders as required.

• Obtain high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• At least 5 years of recruitment and/or HR experience for the Japanese market

• At least 2 years in a client management role working across a variety of stakeholders

• Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

• Native Japanese speaker and fluency in English

• Ability to travel if required

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Ability to work independently and proactively develop client relationships

• Experience of recruitment in Technology

Your role and responsibilities

With proven skills in developing and cultivating professional relationships, you'll establish trusted advisor status with your assigned partners. You'll develop partner plans for assigned key partners, which identify strategic growth areas, revenue objectives, enablement goals, and define key milestones to measure success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and grow a health portfolio of cloud MSPs who are prospects for HashiCorp and RedHat MSP
  • Become the principal and accountable IBM interface to our MSPs acting as a Trusted Advisor providing business and product expertise with exceptional customer service
  • Create and execute joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons with a strong focus on relationship activation resulting in accelerated revenue growth, and maximizing revenue potential
  • Develop and execute on plans to the MSP regarding what is required to engage, enable, and equip key partners to be as successful as possible, as fast as possible
  • Produce and articulate business cases for prospective and existing MSPs in collaboration with product marketing and product management departments
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support HashiCorp
  • Meet or exceed all revenue, growth and retention targets assigned to a portfolio of MSPs
  • Performs other related duties as required & assigned
Required education
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Previous experience in selling Cloud technologies like HashiCorp Terraform, HashiCorp Vault and RedHat solutions.
  • Multiple years of direct, face to face customer selling experience
  • Multiple years of selling cloud software or SaaS solutions
  • Functional competence across the Application Integration and runtime landscape
  • Competitive Selling and Sales Prospecting
  • Problem Solving & Creativity
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Knowledge of Hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Multiple years selling cloud software or SaaS solutions
  • ROI Communication: Creating and communicating ROIs and value assessments
  • C-Suite Influence: Excellent networking, including influencing C-suite in large deal
  • Effective Communication & Relationship Building: Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels
  • Navigational Expertise: Expertise in navigating data, people, and processes to drive client investment and adoption.
