・ストレージに関する深い知識を有し、現実的なストレージの設計や構築を遂行する能力
・ビジネスを遂行する上での、チーム内や他部門とのコミュニケーション能力
・ネットワークの、基本的なスキル（CCNA相当）
・Linuxの、基本的な操作スキル
・TOEIC600以上。メールやドキュメントで英語を使うことに抵抗感がないことが必須（英語での会話に支障がなければベター）
・海外出張でワークショップに参加する機会あり。この場合、自身のスキル向上と、帰国後にチームへのフィードバックが可能な英語力が求められます

•Hands-on experience in IT vendor or systems integrator (SIer) roles, managing and driving IT solution projects for the financial sector.

•Expertise in business planning, transformation, or strategic reform within the IT or corporate planning departments of financial institutions, including banks

•Fluent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent).

•Proven experience in managing large-scale projects for financial institutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

•Extensive involvement in mission-critical system projects for financial institutions, covering all phases from requirements definition through development, testing, and final implementation.

•Experience leading or participating in international projects for financial institutions, ensuring seamless coordination across regions.
